Columbia Yachts is seeking both experienced and entry-level boat builders for our Southern California factory.
We are interested in entry to mid-level mold-shop workers, specifically fiberglass fabricator trainees with some hands-on vacuum bagging and vacuum infusion experience. Prior boatbuilding experience is not necessary, but an eagerness to learn is. English language skills are a must; Spanish language skills are a plus, but not necessary.
Full and part-time positions are available:
- Assembly
- Laminating
- Vacuum bagging and vacuum infusion
- We will train!
